Refund Policy
1. Academy Workshops

We do not offer refunds for our academy workshops, whether they are free or paid. Once a participant has registered and gained access to the workshop materials, no refunds will be provided.

2. Services
For our digital marketing services (including lead generation, appointment setting, client acquisition, marketing & sales funnels, and video editing), we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds will only be considered if the agreed-upon work, as outlined in the service agreement, has not been initiated or completed as promised.

ProfitsMagnet will review the request and, if the criteria are met, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

If the client/customer is dissatisfied with the results of the services provided but the work has been completed as per the agreed-upon terms.

If there are delays or changes in the client's requirements that affect the service delivery timeline but do not constitute a failure to deliver the promised work.

If the client/customer breaches the terms outlined in the service agreement.
